To start had an issue with the delivery the first scooter got lost in transit but as soon as I contacted them they sent out another one which as now arrived! Been tested and seems to work well and looks same as advertised! They also gave small partial refund to compensate it arriving late! And have sent out a UK cable as I didn't know I had to specify this when ordering! All in all a good experience with this company and they responded to all messages sent within a reasonable time
