I advise you not to deal with them. When contacting them via messages, they ignore responding to messages, and when they do respond, they respond with sarcasm, rudeness, and lack of respect for the customer. They mocked and ridiculed me and my opinion. When I inquired about the delay in shipping, they ignore responding and are very late. Therefore, I do not recommend them.
Das Montageset ist sehr gut, richtig stabil und für den Preis wirklich empfehlenswert. Das Paket wurde zeitnah verschickt, war aber beim DPD irgendwie gut eingelagert und durch fachkundiges Personal mehrfach angeliefert aber nie übergeben. Heureka, heute stand es vor dem Eingang. Vielleicht sollte man die Funktion einer Klingel erklären. Egal, Montageset zurecht 5*
Good drill for price can’t complain at the drill brand new looks ok nice carry case One thing not to happy about is took longer then 2-3 days delivery it got send out on the 3 rd day so had delays but all good service apart from that
