Exactly as described, and received quickly. I thought that the packaging was suspect, as the inner box laid directly against the bottom and in the corner of two sides, that is, there was no additional bubblewrap between the inner box (with the vacuum tubes inside) and the outer box (will be subjected to drops and throws from the shipping company). But a quick test showed that the tubes were in good condition. Great value and I hope to purchase more from them in the future.
