  1. MacBook look like new it was in very good condition. I was pleased about that. I did correspond with seller regarding shipping cost and it never was answered. I usually don’t buy things that involve a shipping cost from eBay so I didn’t remember that it saying it would be 1499 it says it was sent to 17th and I received it the 21. I was disappointed that the silver logo has scratches on it if I can ever find a sticker like that, I will buy it; the photo of the silver apple shows the scratches.

  2. I received the phone in immaculate condition. It was well-packaged. Unfortunately, the transfer process from old to new phone could not be executed because of an unpaid balance on the phone. Seller was apologetic & said the phone carrier had cleared the phone for activation. I returned the phone & seller was very cooperative and responsive through the process. Refund was issued promptly. Despite the unfortunate situation, I will still buy from this seller due to sincerity & reliability.
