MacKenzie-Childs Oval Covered Casserole Dish (Vintage Pottery, circa 1983–1990s). Vintage MacKenzie-Childs hand-painted oval covered casserole dish. Made from terra cotta/earthenware with a white glaze interior. Features the brand's signature exuberant multi-pattern decoration: a checkerboard (yellow and rose/mauve) lid with a turquoise band and a mushroom-shaped knob; the body is decorated with a bold zigzag/chevron band over a dotted trellis pattern. Inside the bowl shows a green/teal and yellow checkerboard with a dot-and-grid center medallion. Stamped on the bottom with the MacKenzie-Childs maker's mark.
