Figure was new in the beautiful packaging, but one of the wings did come damaged. It was hard to see in the box and the weight distribution of it was a bit strange so the damage was no fault of the seller and was probably because of shipping. I received a partial refund from the seller who communicated greatly. The figure still looks amazing and the quality is definitely there. Now that I've repaired her and shes on display, I am obsessed
