When I ordered this tablet case, I accidentally chose purple instead of black. After I realized my mistake, I emailed the seller & begged them to send a black one instead. They could have simply ignored my message but they fortunately didn't & did as I asked, which I greatly appreciate. Anyway, it's a great looking case and it arrived in perfect brand new condition. Although the package arrived over 2 weeks past the delivery date.. there was a clear line of communication with this seller and this was in no way the fault of the seller here. It was due to USPS logistics. Other than that.. The item is PERFECT and I am Very pleased with the product/ purchase. Yes I would buy from them again. 👍
My order arrived damaged on both screen protectors were cracked already. I messaged them and the same day they replied and shipped out a new order and I had it within 2 days. I've ordered these in the past, they were great to exactly what I need to do. Will order again if I need more.
