Cute Cat Halloween Flag, but very confusing transaction!! Ordered a different flag on October 1st, but seller said this flag had quality issues & would send a different flag. Seller messaged picture of 2nd flag on October 5th & I okayed it. Flag just arrived today on Sunday, October 20th delivered by Amazon. ??? In the meantime, Seller has almost doubled the price of original defective flag & changed his seller name.
