This is an excellent seller. I asked them to please ship right away because I needed the backpack to arrive before my vacation. They very kindly obliged and I needed the lock number bc they didn’t have the key for a lock on the backpack and I needed to order another lock with the same number so that I can unlock it. Everything came exactly how it was described. It even came fully charged and with a SD card! It was worth the money, 1000%. Arrived faster than i thought it would and packed super well! Had bubble wrap & tape all over so it would travel safely.
