The item was exactly as described, well packaged, and arrived quickly. However, the listing said that for US customers the item would be shipped with duties paid. This was NOT true. DHL asked for $221.88 import duties. In the end, I paid far more money than I was expecting to at the time of purchase. If you are not shipping with duties paid, then don't advertise as such in the listing.

Processing and shipping took a little over a week. Packaging was multiple layers of bubble wrap inside a FedEx bag. For a $130 shipping fee, I expected more protection such as a box for my purchase. The vintage Loewe bag was as described, in nearly perfect condition. Great value sans shipping cost.
