Description
PRR Spirit of St Louis 21" 2-unit SS Diner The Spirit of St. Louis was Pennsy's premier service between New York and St. Louis, offering speed and style to its patrons. After WWII, the train was outfitted with modernized equipment similar to that on the Broadway and other Blue Ribbon trains. Passengers enjoyed a variety of sleeping options, lounge cars, and a twin-unit diner. By the early 1950s, the train's operations became even more intriguing as sections from New York and Washington were combined in Harrisburg, with cars terminating in both Indianapolis and St. Louis. Our lineup includes a diverse selection of cars used on this train, featuring four different sleeping car designs, the observation car, and the twin-unit diner. This train will look spectacular behind your VISION GG1 or LEGACY Pennsy diesels. Add this classic American Streamliner to your collection and catch the Spirit!
