Excellent communication and shipping. As described with booklet showing different exercises . Have some other bands but less poundage I used after shoulder operation, now I wanted heavier poundage
No communication from seller with a tracking number. It never showed on My eBay as shipped; it unexpectedly showed up today via an Amazon delivery.
