The back pack was shipped brand new BUT shipped with amazon, not the seller. The quality is amazing but the shipping took two weeks after its expected delivery date. The seller responds but doesn't really tell you where it's at especially since the tracking does not update. Overall, the product looks amazing and the value is not really worth it.
The hat was delivered VERY fast. The hat is new and in its original packaging. The hat is exactly as shown and described. Little girl should be delighted to have a hat that looks a lot like her mother's hat. We may have gotten it right this time. Thank you!
