Items arrived and worked perfectly. Seller shipped the items promptly! I gave the seller 5 stars for their effort. Unfortunately, the USPS delivery was about as slow as it could ever have been. I tracked the package and amazingly it went back and forth 3 times to one facility?!?!? Thanks ft_fashion for providing this repair part for our computer :)
The item was good...but the package came opened, and no one delivered it, the package was probably opened by the delivery person to see what was inside, he didn't like what was inside and threw it down the door, if he liked the content he would never hand it over, he would steal it. Also 9 days late.
Seller contacted me to let me know that the product was damaged before they shipped it. I didn't think any other seller had done that before. It was nice that they checked it before it was sent and offered a refund. Very professional. Would recommend.
