Delivered by the Postman today Wednesday 12th November 2025 a well packed & intact, appearance as described 1 x new condition 58mm Victorinox Pen & Slider unit for 58mm knife. My thanks to Tetiana at megagetparts. Deutschland the excellent service & good value and a good selection of quality Victorinox knives and spare parts, I am a returning customer (3 purchases in 2025). the package was a long time in Transit due to DHL not shipping the item back in September & not the fault of the seller!
The shipping was slow due to the German post office, it was not the seller's responsibility, he warned me that there were delays and that it could take longer than expected to arrive, and the seller also made arrangements to find out when the package would leave Germany to begin the trip to Miami, he got involved to keep me informed. The knife arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged by the seller. In short, a trustworthy seller, the item was exactly as it was sold in the publication.
Excellent product, fully corresponds to the description and photo image. Good communicative seller, I recommend ! Unfortunately, the postal company did not work correctly, the seller had to send the goods again. After re-sending, the goods were delivered in the shortest possible time.
