Excellent price and fast shipping! Only recommendation would be when shipping plush items to consider shipping in a. Plastic bag inside of cardboard- completely no fault to the seller, but the box was delivered outside in a downpour and by the time I got home from work the box was soaked and so were the plush beanies. Again- no fault of the seller, but a suggestion for future shipments to the dreary, rainy areas of the US. Thanks so much!
Unfortunately my package was lost during the shipping process, however, this seller quickly gave me a refund for my order. When I noticed the tracking updates were delayed and messaged seller, they responded quickly and thoughtfully. While I am bummed I couldn’t get the item (as it’s hard to acquire a discontinued product and my two little ones are fighting over the one we have lol), I really do appreciate the ease of the refund process.
Bear is as described with new tag, was a good price. The Bear was packaged very well and is in working condition. Shipping was reasonable. This is my Grandson’s favorite sleep time toy. Decided I needed a back up.
