While this seller could improve in a lot of things, they ultimately did the right thing, eventually. First, they should stop shipping from Amazon. If I wanted to shop from Amazon, I would go to Amazon. Second, they should not use canned responses when replying to a question. They sent me the same response twice in a row, which is very frustrating. After I left negative feedback they finally sent a real response and offered a full refund if I was willing to revise my feedback. I am happy now.
Great item. Arrived pretty quickly but the packaging was really just loose black plastic wrapped around it. No tape. I'm surprised it didn't just fall out of the wrapping. Regardless, the item was as described and good quality
