Item arrived relatively quickly. Price was reasonable. Have not tried it out yet to see how well it cools the medication though. Seller did not follow message request that item be packed in a small box to avoid damage as it was to be a gift. Apparently this seller is a "drop seller" using Amazon Prime. No respect for customer wish and message left for him or her.
