Item was brand new as described. Feels sturdy and has good build quality. It was also delivered in multiple layers of black plastic to protect it from shipping damage. Both USB-A ports power on my fast charging wireless phone mount without problems thanks to QC 3.0. Would recommend buying from this seller.
