The item was good, but the customer service was frustrating and lacked professionalism and knowledge. They didnt listen to my shipping needs and they failed to ship the item within the timeframe I asked for on 3 out of the 4 items. Why ship one item correctly and not ship the other 3. If they would have listened I could have been able to gift these during christmas and not after.
Gorgeous necklace, just as described. Carefully packaged. I appreciate that the seller shipped it very quickly after the holidays, since there was a note on Ebay that the seller was on holiday vacation until Jan. 2nd. But then the seller immediately shipped it right after returning to work which I appreciated!
