  1. The shoe was advertised as new with box and pictured also. The shoe arrived in a huge box sized for boots or other in size 12/1/2. I chose site and paid more for this "with box" to ensure newness in my size 7. Seller responded it was a mistake and she no longer had the box. No offer to give a reduced price. Everything else was very efficient and prompt without problems. I guess I expect to buy as described since I could have purchased the shoe cheaper without box.
