Ok folks what we have here is just the upside down house 75810 WITH the manuals. I want to say it’s all here, but there is no way to know for sure. It was when it went in the box When I moved. All the important structural pieces are here:) but still not making any promises:) this set does not have the minifigs, the suburban, the bicycle or the accessories for the minifigs. A lot of it is already together and the manuals are here… so let’s have some fun on a set that has taken off in value!!! If you’re looking for the minifigs or the suburban see my other listings!
