There is some dust that will easily come off with a soft brush. The kits are complete as you see it. I may have a piece or two of the Sears Tower mixed with the Hancock or vise versa but all the pieces for both buildings are included. There is no box or manual included. Some pieces may fall off during shipping. Look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself. I'm not an expert on every item I sell so if I forgot to mention something just ask and I'll try to answer your question. You can enlarge the pictures to get a better look. I will always combine shipping (if possible) on multiple auctions won to save you money. Shipping price if quoted is to the lower 48 states only. All others ask for a quote.
