They accepted my lower offer for a measuring tool. Shipped it quickly, well packed. After receiving, I noticed a not obvious problem with it. This is OK, it was a used item. It arrived on time and in good condition, the quality was as described no surprises. cost was under what I thought it should be. it appeared to be in working order but was not.
