Item arrived quicker than expected as described. I had issues with the amount of tapes the unit could handle at one time & in contacting the seller, they were most understanding & assured me if it wasn't working for me there was no problem returning it. Sadly, I couldn't find a suitable solution after trying for several days & decided to return it, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this seller who was most accommodating.
