Housed In A Gatefold Sleeve With Obi. 300 copies were made in 4 different colors Blue, Green, Pink and Black (75 copies of each). THIS IS THE GREEN VERSION - NO BOOKLET OR STICKER. Bottom cover has crease mark from manufacturer (see pic).
