Seller was good at communicating, which is fortunate, as the item arrived in a broken and useless state, due entirely to the inadequate packaging. A refund was offered once photographic evidence was sent. Had the packaging being suitable, then the quality was probably good enough and reasonable value, but I'll never know as I couldn't use it. I've given positive feedback due to the customer service, not the item or packaging. Lesson learned I hope.
Due to ME not reading the description, these earphones did not work on my SAMSUNG mobile. However, the way it has been handled has allowed me to rate as 10/10!! Full refund & return requested. Full refund given before I even posted back!! Goods were shipped quickly, well packed & felt good enough quality.
Overall I am pleased with the appearance of this item, it is a very compact and sleek storage box. The item is worth its value, although it did arrive slightly damaged, I was not worried as i had effective contact with the seller who resolved my issue. I definitely recommend this seller :)
