product looks perfect... came with OEM shoulder strap, OEM door hook, and OEM hanger. Communication with seller was EXCELLENT and I knew the luggage tag would be missing. The bag had a monogram on it, but I was able to replace it with my own initials. Packaging, shipping , product description and value were all GREAT.
