  1. The item was exactly as described, in very good condition and like new. The seller was very communicative throughout the process and provided updates as the process was proceeding. NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT: I did not realize this was only in Japanese with no subtitles, but that is 100% my fault. The seller did list the language in the item description, and I just forgot to check. Their descriptions are very thorough. I am still very pleased with the product and would recommend buying from them!

Sometimes items that weren't released in the U.S. get a horrible markup when buying from a foreign seller, that wasn't an issue here. I highly recommend this seller.

  3. Received pretty quickly. The seller was nice enough to send it via EMS for me at no extra charge. But the outer box and product box were completely wrecked, Styrofoam broken. But on the bright side, the contents look ok and that's what really counts. The shippers really messed this one up. Neanderthals!
