  1. The product arrived much faster than I anticipated. At first, we had an issue regarding the address line because it was written in Korean but the seller contacted me right away to handle it and it was resolved within a day. I do think that the product I got is an original Disney piece (I scanned the QR code and it directed me to the Disney Japan site) but the quality is not as good as I expected it to be. I think that is a problem with Disney Japan, not the seller.

I am not blaming the sender for this but the postage price I thought was a little high and it took twice as long to be delivered to me as another item I purchased a week earlier from another seller in Tokyo, the delivery tracking did not work either. Otherwise I was very happy with the item purchased as well as the seller.. Thank you.

  3. I love the item, but the arrival date posted on the listing is deceiving. I got the item on March 16 and I didn’t get it in the mail until April 7. I also notified the seller when I wanted the item to arrive, but they never replied back. If you’re in a rush to get something from this shop, I would look somewhere else.
