  1. Poster was just as described and shipped fast!! The image of the Firebird is high resolution and looks great! Sadly, USPS somehow managed to crush part of the shipping tube (d'oh!), but I can live with the minor creases. Great seller, the shipping tube was *extremely* heavy duty: a USPS worker must have noticed the packaging and thought to themselves, "challenge accepted" and then wrecked it. All that aside, I'll gladly buy from this seller again!

  3. Not this seller's fault, but USPS completely botched the handling of this item. It took almost a month for transit time! We even had to file a lost parcel report on the USPS website. Luckily, the seller provided a full refund after an eBay "item not received" report was initiated, and communication was very consistent throughout the process. We appreciate the help and support that was provided from start to finish.
