Realised afte an hour that i had ordered teh wrong item, contacted suppier but had already been despatched. suggested i decline the package, or if not able to, start a return.
arrived on the second day, very good, while out, but started the return immediately I got back,
and sent it out the next day. full refund recieved 2 ays later.
Exceptional service, and although the wrong item was ordered and I didnt open the pack it seemed to be all there and in good condition.

Brilliant response from this company. I ordered one day and received the items the next day (not even 24 hrs!) allowing me to make the repair required and still get away. I had written off the idea of getting sorted in time. This is the second time they have gone the 'extra mile' for me. If you haven't bought from them, why not? With service like this they will get my business every time, absolutely outstanding. What are you waiting for?!!

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, i had a small problem so sent them a message to which they replied within the hour, subsequent discussions were quick and very helpful. Problem totally resolved. I have been very pleased with both the part and the service. You really don't get service like this very often these days. I would definitely buy from them again.
