They should be always shipped in a box to protect the canvas from being damaged during shipping. Thankfully, my purchased arrived without damage. I contacted UPS to discuss the delivery, but the AI thinks the package came from Amazon directing me to speak with Amazon. Please do not ship packages in other company's bags.
