Borrowing elements from the iconic Clio Nylon, the Coliseum showcases a seamless brow bar and bridge crafted from a single piece of 18K gold-plated stainless steel that wraps cleanly around the acetate for a sleek finish. Handcrafted with precision, the frame is a fusion of glossy acetate and glossy 18K gold-plated stainless steel hardware. Riveted 5-barrel hinges provide strength and stability, while adjustable temple wires allow for a customized, comfortable fit. Each frame is handmade, resulting in slight pattern and color variation—no two are exactly alike. The custom amber gradient nylon lenses offer a seamless edge-to-edge look and provide 100% UVA and UVB protection, along with anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings for visual clarity and durability. Due to the unique construction, prescription or customized lenses cannot be added. Note: This item is 100% authentic and brand new, sourced from boutique overstock and showroom pulls. Because of this, original packaging (case/box) is not included. Paid $350 for the sunglasses they were delivered in a crunch box and the frames were cute to the point. I cannot wear them reach out to the seller to see if they would even consider giving a partial refund . They were happy to assist
Shipping was timely and the glasses were well packaged. Surprised that the glasses didn't come in a hard case and only in a soft pouch. The glasses are as photographed and described. Price is fair.
