It arrived on time and everything from its condition to how it looked was just as shown and described in the pictures, the only thing I found unnecessarily annoying was the excessive packaging for something so small, there was more tape than needed and it was wrapped and taped again after the initial layer, in the end I had to use scissors to cut it open. The packaging was atleast 3 times the size of the actual keychain, please cut back on the packaging if at all possible, other than that 10/10

Great seller! Very cute doll of Mukuro Ikusaba! While she looks a bit different than the rough draft shown on the item page, she looks exactly like the plush in the photograph the seller provided for me. Small particles of her hair “shed” a bit, and I wish her bangs were lower on her head, but overall, I’d say the plush is good quality. It is new, just as described. The package was shipped quicky, and the seller was very friendly. Thank you very much! Hope to do business with again!

Unfortunately due to the tariffs, the shipping was way too high, however this was not the sellers fault, he nicely informed me of the tariff tax and suggested a refund, which came quickly, overall very good service and will buy again. Thanks
