I'm so in love with this bag because I had to have back surgery and my other backpack hit too low and I couldn't make it go up higher. This one's soft and way more adjustable. It was perfect and was shipped very quickly!

  3. willing to work with me on a lower bid however the package was exposed in bubble wrap--just a label attached to the bubble wrap-no box or envelope--odd delivery method as I had to pay for shipping which was almost a third of the selling price and very easily could have been misplaced or stolen since product clearly exposed
