The package I received contained the shipper document and nothing else. There was a hole in the packaging where the pin was able to escape. I called the seller and told them of the missing Pin and they agreed to send me a replacement. Hartville Hardware was a pleasure to do business with and I would buy from them again. This pin is not a costly item. I have no idea where the original pin is now. Probably a post office somewhere.

Great experience purchasing from Hartville Hardware! They are a shining example of how Ebay is done right, selling a great product at a fair price, with great photos and great communication. In spite of the USPS blunders losing my package for over a week, I am thrilled with how well the part was packed for shipment. It arrived damage free and just as described. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

The USPS attempted to deliver this product yesterday even though I have a "hold mail" request active which means they should hold everything until the hold mail request expires this Saturday. Obviously, the system that communicates with the mail carriers to "hold mail" isn't used by whoever in USPS is delivering packages. They need to get this fixed.
