Seller gets 5 stars.Excellent,shipped right away, great communication via eBay,and the bed looks exactly as pictured and described.The bed is beautiful and it seems sturdy,although this is my first time buying this type of bed.Every part was included in the box with the instructions.It was easy to assemble, and the quality is good.Looks great.The gold accents are nice.There was a small indentation in one of the side gold bars,factory related because the box was intact delivered.Great value.
Arrived directly to my home , packed extremely well and arrived safely. Im a beginner using this kind of machine. It took awhile to figure out how to install the filter and still have to figure out the milk whipping. The seller has been very supportive and helpful . Seller communications is excellent. I would buy ftom them again. Also, if you're like me, new to this machine, check ounces of 1 cup. Its very minimal. Its great taste but alot of work for lil coffee.
The shipment will be in two boxes, one of mine was a few days behind . There is no indication that a second box was inroute until I reached out to the vendor which provided tracking info. Once all parts were delivered ( everything was packaged great so nothing was damaged) putting it together was a enjoyable process. Instructions was better then expected. Very happy with the item purchase.
