Product was new, in the original box. Shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the wreath DOES NOT come close to meeting expectations for size or appearance, when it's "fluffed" out to reach 26 inches, it is very sparse and the vine wreath underneath is clearly viable. The cedar leaves are clearly plastic and not realistic at all. SO not worth any money.
After a small glich with delayed delivery I received the item in new and in beautiful condition. Thanks for getting the Christmas tress to me quickly after a problem.
