This autographed photo is dated March 15th, 1949 on the back, which predated the beginning of the Martin and Lewis Show, which began in April '49. This photograph was used to promote The Martin and Lewis Show radio comedy-variety program that starred the comedy duo Martin and Lewis, which broadcast on the NBC Radio Network beginning April 3, 1949, and ending July 14, 1953. This autographed photo is dated March 15th, 1949 on the back, which predated the beginning of the Martin and Lewis Show, which began in April '49. Presumably, this was given from Jerry to Van Des Autels, an announcer on the NBC radio dramatic anthology series Skippy Hollywood Theatre, where he was also known as "Van, the Skippy Man".
