Always an excellent communicator. Product exactly as described and delivered via DHL in robust, secure packaging. Pricing fair and realistic and will continue to purchase from this seller. EBay and DHL let the side down by duplicating the collection of VAT and Customs Duty. Between them they charged over £100 instead of £14! Note - maximum additional costs for antique books imported into the UK is 5% VAT and only one company should collect it.
I had one question about the nib on this pen, which was promptly answered. The pen shipped priority from Japan and arrived at my house 3 days later.
