  1. L’article est arrivé un jour après le délai de livraison garanti. L’emballage n’était ni solide ni rembourré. Des frais de port de 10 EUR ont été facturés, alors que l’envoi a été effectué comme un envoi de marchandises non-suivi pour 3,30 EUR. Point positif : la communication a toujours été bonne, l’article correspondait à la description et, malgré l’emballage insuffisant, il est heureusement arrivé sans dommage.
