Multiple Transmission Protocols The JEYI USB 40G M.2 Enclosure is compatible with multiple transmission protocols and interfaces, ensuring broad adaptability. It supports USB 4 / Thunderbolt 3 / Thunderbolt 4 with a maximum transmission rate of 40Gbps. Due to protocol conversion losses, the theoretical maximum read speed is 3200Mb/s, and the theoretical maximum write speed is 2700Mb/s. In the USB 3.2 Gen 2X2 20G protocol, the maximum speed reaches 20Gbps, while in the USB 3.2 Gen 2 10G (USB 3.1 10G) protocol, the maximum speed is 10Gbps, and in the USB 3.2 Gen 1 5G (USB 3.0) protocol, the maximum speed is 5Gbps.
