I’m very pleased with the quality and overall look of the Coach bag. The seller took care to properly wrap the product and ensure that it was delivered in pristine condition. It had all its tags and was new. Although there was an initial hiccup with the USPS delivery in my city, it was solved, and the seller made every effort to respond promptly to my concerns and it was greatly appreciated.
