Original shipment was shipped to an address almost 3000 miles from North Carolina (Oregon, according to the usps tracking), but the seller kindly sent a duplicate order, which arrived quickly and in great condition. Everything is exactly how it was listed. Very happy with everything, especially the Harley-Davidson operator's manual. The seller went out of his way, to assure me. That I'd receive the manual as listed. Which was, I think five days. The manual is brand new, in it's original unopened bag. Excellent product, outstanding seller. On a scale from 1 to 10, I'd give this guy an, 11.
