  1. The item I received was different from the one pictured on the seller's site. After engaging in a bit of back and forth correspondence with the seller pointing out that I intentionally selected the one pictured, and not the one I was sent, which was identical to that offered on other sites and that I did not want, I was given a full refund. The seller responded in this dialogue promptly and conscientiously, and ultimately was fully accommodating. Apparently an unintentional misrepresentation.

  2. Item exactly as described however did not work. Contacted seller and they responded quickly to resolve the issue. After troubleshooting, remote unfortunately still did not work. Seller immediately sent a replacement. Shipping on both remotes was very fast. New remote works great. Sellers communication was excellent! Resolved the issue immediately. Would definitely recommend.
