The duffel is great, well made, classy. Good value for the cost. The communication was a little challenging. I had also ordered a duffel thru Amazon to compare w/eBay. When the Amazon box arrived I assumed it was their duffel & I waited for eBay’s delivery. Contacted the seller a couple times asking when the eBay package would arrive, he said it was delivered, couldn’t locate it, checked with neighbors, no one had it. The eBay duffel was shipped thru Amazon. Wish I knew this up front.
