The product was delivered to my place surprisingly fast — I had expected it to take at least several weeks. The quality is exactly as advertised: genuine and good. The packaging was carefully done. I would give the seller full marks regarding the product itself. The only downside was that I had to pay $35 in duties and processing fees for a $125 product in order to receive it. In the end, this made the product feel much too expensive for people in Switzerland.
I had an excellent experience with this seller. They were very responsive, often replying within 24 hours or even sooner. The package was shipped out within the first week, and everything arrived well-packaged with no damage as described.
