My earbud arrived very quickly, but unfortunately was damaged or defective and did not work properly. However, the communication with the seller was top notch and they promptly provided a refund after having me walk through a few simple troubleshooting steps to try to resolve the issue that were not successful. The mac book arrived in a lightening speed, well packaged and in good conditions as described. My only complaint is that the charger, seperatelly packaged, was extremely dirty, it looks like it was pulled out of a garbage dump. i didn't even touch it but I through it out it its entirety. This ruined what would have been a flawless experience.
