I'm sharing a screenshot of the reply that I received from PARTSCOLLECT (not even the customer service rep agrees with the boss). They are basically holding my refund hostage unless I change my truthful negative feedback. If they think this post is about $14.99, they are mistaken. It's about my experience with some shady business practices with this company in order to help others. "Buyer, beware," I suggest you click on the next available company. Quality is very high grade. Came packaged very nicely and I must say quickly! The seller immediately contacted me to let me know they’d received my order and I was very impressed with their communication. Item is as described and a lot nicer than I’d imagined, this is a very nice tool especially for the money. I’d bought some others off amazon but felt it was time to upgrade. Item is as described and in great condition. Just buy one!
Good product but wrong one sent. Seller gave a refund for the mixup. Seller responded quickly to messages. Logistics can be challenging at times, so I get it. Going to try my luck at Amazon or another online seller to get what I need. Wished I would have gotten what I needed from this seller but oh well. At least I'm getting a full refund. Just wasted time is all. The seller was very nice and understanding.
